24 year old, former dental nurse Ms Goody entered the public eye when she participated in Big Brother Series 3 in July 2002 and is considered the most popular and successful contestant from the infamous reality TV show. Although Jade only made it to the final four she has successfully turned her 15 minutes of fame into a new lifestyle!

After leaving the house the nation’s obsession with the spirited south Londoner blossomed further when she appeared on the front cover of various magazines, including OK, Hello and five covers of Heat Magazine and has been their biggest selling cover star ever, selling over 655,000 copies! Mother of two, Jade has also released two dance fitness videos, trained and qualified as a beauty therapist and has opened her own beauty salon in Hertford, called Ugly’s. ‘Running the London Marathon this year is really exciting! My training has been going well and I am determined to achieve a good level of fitness. I am running for the
NSPCC because since becoming a mother I have learnt more about children’s issues and how important it is to give children the best opportunities in life.’

In the last year my life has changed dramatically and as a result I want to give something back by running the Flora London Marathon for the NSPCC. By doing this I will be helping to raise awareness of the fantastic work the NSPCC do every day protecting children from cruelty. By donating as much as you can, you can help make a real difference and it'll motivate me to get through those 26 miles!
