ELLE is presenting an eye-catching psychedelic theme (‘Carte Postale’), using vivid colors and fun patterns, making this spring appear extra fresh and feminine. For the girls seeking a more grown up look, ELLE has launched a refreshing junior range available for younger girls too, using a mix of satin and soft cottons in tones of beige, kaki and pinks. This summer range is stylish, charming and modern, easy to wear for all girls who prefer to go their own way rather than being dictated by fashion. (see photo example above)
ELLE specialises in girls wear from 3 months to 16 years.
KENZO
makes you feel the summer heat with themes bathed in a colourful ambiance full of light in contrast with radiant whites and exclusive prints. Two very interesting themes from Kenzo this season are Aqua Jungle and Latino Chic.
Reflections of water meeting aquatic greens, pure turquoises, flora and fauna are the essentials in Aqua Jungle’s amazing prints.
Latino Chic is inspired by Latin America using orange and pinkish nuances in contrast with a range of whites and greys. The mixture of cotton/linen canvas and multi coloured knitwear give this theme a very contemporary spirit.
Kenzo offers girls and boys wear from newborn to 16yrs.
Timberland sublimates the heritage of time, while giving this Spring-Summer 2004 collection a breath of modernity and vitality: original interplaying radiant colours, fabric mixes, giant silkscreen prints based on Timberland’s icons, etc – a very upbeat collection, vintage but never nostalgic, in keeping with the values of the thirty year-old brand. The unusual colour range is dominated by vivid greens and oranges (orange, golden, etc) – a real blast of sunlight in the collection! All the items are linked by orange as a tribute to the original Yellow Boot.
Timberland offers boys and girls wear from newborn – 16yrs.
DKNY is introducing the first glimmer of spring in New York using colors so light and bright as were they reflecting rays of sunshine across the Big Apple. These colors are part of the popular Brooklyn and Soho theme, combined with logos such as ‘keep it real’, ‘enjoy each day’ and ‘I’m so DKNY’. Fabrics feature variations on satin, jersey and crushed fleece … denim is permanganate treated, as if bleached by the sun.
New York and its multicultural atmosphere reflect the design of the collection making DKNY summer 2004 suit every moment of a child’s life and activities.
The collection includes girls and boys wear from newborn to 16 yrs.
